1. 许可授予 / License Grant

本应用授权您在 Apple 品牌设备上使用本应用，受以下条款约束。

This app is licensed for use on Apple-branded devices, subject to the terms below.

2. 使用限制 / Usage Restrictions

• 不得对本应用进行逆向工程、反编译或反汇编
• 不得出租、出借或转授权本应用
• 不得移除或修改本应用中的任何所有权声明

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble this app.
• You may not rent, lend or sublicense this app.
• You may not remove or modify any proprietary notices in this app.

3. 用户内容 / User Content

您通过本应用创建的对话内容归您所有。本应用仅在本地存储这些内容。

Conversation content you create with this app belongs to you. This app stores it only locally.

4. 第三方服务 / Third-Party Services

本应用可能连接至第三方 AI 模型服务商。这些服务受其各自的服务条款和隐私政策约束。

This app may connect to third-party AI model providers. Those services are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies.

5. App 内购买 / In-App Purchases

• 本应用提供消耗型和非消耗型 App 内购买
• 所有购买由 Apple App Store 处理
• 消耗型购买（额度）使用后不可退还
• 非消耗型购买可恢复

• This app offers consumable and non-consumable In-App Purchases.
• All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store.
• Consumable purchases (quota) are non-refundable once used.
• Non-consumable purchases can be restored.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
